From March 16, 2023 post.

We told you last week about the BLET graduation of a couple of cadets from the Edgecombe Community College BLET program that we were in the process of hiring. Well as of yesterday, those two men are cadets no more! They are now officially Nash County Deputies. Daniel Flynn and Colby Peele we’re both sworn in at the Nash County Clerks Office and became official members of our family. They will now begin their 16 weeks of field training to teach them how to be professional law enforcement officers. Welcome aboard gentlemen!!
