On Saturday, March 1, former Rocky Mount Academy standout Elizabeth Winstead’s current college team, the UNC Wilmington Seahawks, lost 14-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina State Wolfpack.

The game took place at Dail Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Wolfpack this season.

The Seahawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 5 p.m. at Amanda Littlejohn Stadium against Campbell Fighting Lady Camels.
