On Saturday, April 12, former Northern Nash High School standout Peyton Clay’s current college team, the Chowan Hawks, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Erskine Flying Fleet.

The game took place at Grier Field. This was their third matchup against the Flying Fleet this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 6 p.m. at Sparrow Stadium against Francis Marion Patriots.
