Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby served that the Warren County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 6:15 PM in the Warren County Armory Civic Center, Warrenton, NC. The purpose of this hearing is to receive citizen’s comments regarding: Petition for Re-Zoning (residential to commercial) RZ-2020-01: one parcel (1.57 +/- acres) from Agricultural Residential [AR] to Neighborhood Business [NB] at Tax Map A4-13 on Jacksontown Road in Nutbush Township All questions or written comments should be directed to: Ken Krulik, Warren County Planning and Zoning Administrator 542 West Ridgeway Street Warrenton, North Carolina 27589 Telephone: (252) 257-7027 KenKrulik@warrencountync.gov A map of the property is available for review in the office of the Warren County Planning and Zoning Administrator.
