The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate G.K. Butterfield, Butterfield for Congress Committee, refunded $200 to Willie Gray on October 19, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Butterfield for Congress Committee refunded $3,000 total since May 1.
