City of Rocky Mount recently issued the following announcement.
The City Council meets in regular session twice each month on the second Monday at 7 p.m. and on the fourth Monday at 4 p.m. These meetings are held in the George W. Dudley City Council Chamber on the third floor of the Frederick E. Turnage Municipal Building, located at 331 S. Franklin St., Downtown Rocky Mount.
Each regular meeting of the Rocky Mount City Council includes an opportunity for public comment. Speakers are given three minutes to make their remarks; comments may also be submitted in writing.
