Wilson County Emergency Medical Services issued the following announcement on Jan. 20.
We’re glad to have this ambulance and crew responding as part of the Wilson County EMS System for the next two weeks. They’re part of a FEMA team sent to North Carolina and assigned to Wilson County to assist with 911 EMS response during the pandemic.
This crew is responding in an ambulance labeled Lakeside EMS. They’re on our team, providing Paramedic-level care to the people of Wilson County.
