Braswell Memorial Library issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
'D'Vaughn & Kris Plan a Wedding' by Chencia C Higgins is our Day 11 pick for celebrating Black Romance Authors. Our main couple are planning a dream wedding, with only six weeks to do it--except it's all fake. Kris is trying to elevate her influencer brand while D'Vaughn needs to break out of her shell and finally come out to her mom. The reality show Instant I Do (and the prize money) seems to be perfect for these two women. They just have to convince their family and friends they're getting married in six weeks and try not to fall in love. Easy, right?
