Nash Community College issued the following announcement on Mar. 3.
Many Nash Community College programs provide short-term training for individuals interested in advancing or beginning a career with 12 months or less training. On Thursday, April 7 from 5:00-7:00 PM, the college will host a Career in a Year Open House for the community to learn more about these opportunities. The event will be held in the Continuing Education and Public Services Building.
The event will be geared toward all ages from children to adults with hands-on experiences, program demonstrations, local employers and on-site enrollment. The following training and more) provide great earning potential and opportunities following short-term training. Flexible schedules, evening classes and financial assistance are available.
