It's National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week! This Wednesday, we wanted to thank the men and women who are there every day, night, weekend, and holiday. They keep watch for all of us while we live our lives, knowing that when we need them, they will be there. They will answer the call we make on our worst day, and they will guide help to us with calm, professional voices. To the unseen heroes, thank you for all you do!
