About 80 law enforcement officers attended a Canine Legal Update seminar on the Rocky Mount campus of Edgecombe Community College in May. “All law enforcement officers require annual continuing education training, and it’s the same for Canine officers,” explains Bernie Taylor, coordinator of law enforcement training at the college. The in-service training was led by Smith Rodgers Attorneys at Law, PLLC.
