Edgecombe County and Upper Coastal Plain Council of Governments-Area Agency on Aging hereby notifies all public and private agencies, corporations, or vendors that they are hereby invited to submit proposed services to Older Adults under the Home and Community Care Block Grant Program.
HCCBG services for the purpose of bids are as follows: 1. Adult Day Care 2. Adult Day Health 3. Congregate Nutrition 4. Home Delivered Meals 5. Transportation 6. In-Home Aide Services and 7. Other HCCBG specific services. All funds awarded require a 10% provider match.
All bids must be in writing and filed with the Upper Coastal Plain Council of Governments-Area Agency on Aging at 121 N Nash St., PO Box 9, Wilson NC 27894 on or before March 31st, 2023.
