Edgecombe County issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
The October 4, 2021 regular meeting of the Edgecombe County Board of Commissioners will be held in the Carmon Auditorium, located on the 1st floor of the County Administration Building at 201 St. Andrew St., Tarboro, NC 27886. In light of the County’s State of Emergency regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, this meeting will be limited to no more than 20 participants in person, not including staff and scheduled guests.
The public is also encouraged to listen to the meeting by calling 1-929-205-6099, entering 838-4930-7740 as the meeting ID, and 604251 as the passcode.
Those who wish to address the Board during public comments should sign up in advance to do so. You may sign up by calling Frangie Mungo, Clerk to the Board, at (252) 641-7834 no later than Monday, October 4th at 5 PM.
The public is also encouraged to submit public comments via email to publiccomments@edgecombeco.com by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2021. Public comments may also be submitted by mail addressed to Frangie Mungo, Clerk to the Board, P.O. Box 10, Tarboro, NC 27886. All public comments received by 5:00 p.m. on October 4th will be read at the meeting.
