Nash County Sheriff's Office Recognized for Excellence in Policy and Training

Lexipol announced  that the Nash County Sheriff's Office has been recognized as Lexipol Gold Status for excellence in policy management and training in 2022.  Lexipol is the nation’s leading provider of policy, training and wellness support for first responders and public servants. 

The Lexipol Connect program tracks Nash County Sheriff's Office's performance on five metrics proven to measure success in policy management. The NCSO achieved Gold recognition for consistent and effective policy dissemination to personnel, timely policy updates as laws change, and officer training on policies.

Sheriff Keith Stone said,  “Good policies—and regularly training on those policies—provide the foundation for what we do and how we serve our community. We are proud to be recognized by Lexipol Connect for continuously improving professionalism and safety, This policy monitoring by Lexipol, along with our CALEA accreditation, ensures the citizens of Nash County that we are operating at a high level of professionalism."
